Congratulations to Julia Warren, Dasha McKisic, and Brandon Nails; winners of The August Wilson Monologue Competition on Monday. These students will move on to the finals at the August Wilson Theatre in New York City this May. As promised, look for a glimpse into Our Town tomorrow. Hey it's Opening Night!

I'm excited to catch you up on what has been going on at True Colors this past week but first you should know The August Wilson Monologue Competition finals are this evening at The Southwest Arts Center. It's free and open to the public- fifteen students from the Atlanta area will take part, the winner will move on to compete against the finalists from Pittsburgh and New York City high schools at the August Wilson Theatre on Broadway.
