When I was asked last June to write a weekly post for True Colors, I said “Oh, sure.” Oh, sure. As if writing a blog entry for a professional theatre company would be the stuff of pie making, easy as breathing I thought. I imagined I would sit at my computer for thirty minutes each week a type out a few paragraphs of theatre blog gold- I failed to consider my obligations. Two shows I was designing costumes for last summer and a commitment to wardrobe (I’ll tell you what that is later) would not stand in my way.
