Victoria Smith (Development Associate) joined True Colors in 2011 as a Box Office Assistant. In 2013 she was hired as the Development Associate. Prior to joining True Colors Theatre Company, She served as Box Office Manager for Georgia Shakespeare and Horizon Theatre Company. She graduated from Spelman College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in 2006. Victoria is continuing to further her career as an artist and arts administrator by joining the True Colors family to continue to make a contribution to the arts community.
