Kennedy Blanchard (Kamilah) is a senior theatre major at Spelman College where she is a member of Spriggs Burroughs’s Drama and Dance Ensemble. This Atlanta native, a passionate singer, actress, and dancer, has performed locally and internationally with the award-winning Youth Ensemble of Atlanta (YEA), The Christian Magby Company and the Spelman College Drama Department. In May 2016, she attended the Cannes Film Festival as an intern where she had the opportunity to be featured in a short film. Kennedy most recently concluded an internship with the Sundance Institute Theatre Lab this summer where she worked alongside major credited actors, directors, and playwrights. She is elated to make her debut appearance at True Colors!
