Lau’rie Roach is originally from Atlanta, Georgia; Lau’rie graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. Coming back to Atlanta this past February, he had the opportunity to perform in the Stage Play, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe at the Alliance Theatre, directed by Rosemary Newcott. Other theatre credits in Atlanta include Let’s Get Joyful directed by Lewis Autor (14th Street Playhouse) and Me and My Boy directed by Keith Franklin (New African Grove Theatre Company). Lau’rie can also be seen in Gospel Artist Chazz Reese’s music video ‘My Soul’ directed by Nic Starr.
