Jazzy Holiday Sounds with Brenda Nicole Moorer Quartet!
Join us at the Five Points MARTA station for jazzy holiday tunes by the Brenda Nicole Moorer Quartet. Winner of Creative Loafing’s Best Jazz vocalist award, Brenda’s work has garnered attention from Gilles Peterson, NPR, Ebony, and Afropunk. Her latest work, a collaborative concept jazz record entitled “MARROW,” will release on Ropeadope Records, and Brenda has recently appeared as a supporting role as Brenda Franklin in the Aretha Franklin biopic “RESPECT.” Join us for some holiday cheer!
When: Thursday, Dec. 16th from 4:30pm-5:30pm
Where: The performance will be located on the concourse lobby level of the Five Points Station (30 Alabama St SW, Atlanta, GA 30303).
Find the Performance:
From the train: Follow signs to Peachtree Street. The performance space is on the concourse level of the station, behind the Information Office.
From the street: Using any of the station entrances, proceed through the faregates and walk toward the Information Office. The performance space is behind and to the left as you face the front of the Information Office.
Access: To enjoy the show, all you’ll need is your MARTA pass to enter the gates!
