Eric J. Little (Director) is excited to be returning to True Colors after directing “Fetch Clay, Make Man,” in Fall 2015. TC audiences may also remember Eric as an actor in “Miss Evers’ Boys,” “Our Town,” and “Broke-ology.” Eric’s previous directing experience includes “The Mountaintop,” at Aurora Theatre, “Thurgood,” at Theatrical Outfit, “Chainz” for Rising Sage Theater Company, “Alonzo Herndon” for the Atlanta History Museum, and the stage reading of Hank Kimmel’s “Confessions of a Hitman” for Working Title Playwrights. He’s also currently a part of a Reiser Lab Team for the Alliance Theatre. He’s also directed “Before It Hits Home,” “The Brothers Size,” “Hurt Village,” “God’s Trombones,” and other plays at Clark Atlanta University where he teaches as well as directed at Children’s Museum of Atlanta and Elizabeth Baptist Church. Eric is a proud member of Actors Equity Association, the union for professional theatre artists. Some of his work at various Atlanta theaters as an actor include: “Fly,” (Theatrical Outfit-Suzi Award Winner-Best Ensemble); “Superior Donuts,” (Horizon Theater-Suzi Award Winner-Lead Actor), “Macbeth” (Georgia Shakespeare), “Clybourne Park,” at Aurora Theatre (Suzi Award Winner-Best Ensemble) and many others. His acting Film/TV work includes “Tyler Perry’s House of Payne,” “Necessary Roughness,” “The Clubhouse”, “The Know Better Effect,” “Hamlet’s Ghost,” “Lottery Ticket,” the lead in two short films “Perfect Day” and “A Beautiful Death,” and various commercials. Eric is also a Georgia Lottery Host for WSBTV. Eric wrote and performed his one man play- “Beautiful Feet,” directed by Thomas W. Jones II at the 2016 Atlanta Black Theater Festival.
