Pauletta Washington is a North Carolina native and an actor, singer and trained pianist. Her undying passion for music led her to study at Julliard School for the Arts, North Texas State University and the North Carolina School of the Arts, where she ultimately graduated. Her Broadway credits include Jesus Christ Superstar, Sophisticated Ladies and Jerry’s Girls. Other theatre credits include her one woman show Pauletta, Debbie Allen’s Soul Possessed and Spirituals. TV and film credits include “Jack and the Beanstalk”(HBO), “Wilma”, and “Beloved”.
