Theresa Hightower (Mrs. Weston) is an accomplished and critically acclaimed vocalist, actress, and songwriter. She is a veteran of concert halls, recordings, cabaret, stage, and screen, having performed engagements from the Atlanta Centennial Olympic Games to the Quai Du Blues in Paris. She has toured internationally and with notable theatre credits include Queen of the Blues (Dinah Washington), Blues in the Night, Still Life, World Goes Round, The Good Times Are Killing Me, and Love Johnny. Theresa has also appeared in television and film roles including Tyler Perry’s Witness Protection and TV One’s Fatal Attraction. She is the proud recipient of the Diamond Jubilee Award from Atlanta NAACP, the title of Top Jazz Musician in Atlanta by Creative Loafing, the Angel of Music Award from the New Thought Theological Seminary and Lady Jazz Master Award from Black Women in Jazz.. Theresa is currently the resident vocalist at The St. Regis Hotel Atlanta as the inaugural performer for their world-renowned Jazz Legends Series.
