Navigating through hierarchal structures, bursting through glass ceilings, and dodging micro-aggressions can sometimes make going to work feel like training for the Olympics. This conversation will focus on ways to thrive in these environments, and to have open conversations without fear.
These conversations are the springboard for the themes and issues presented in the plays we produce. Hosted by Associate Artistic Director, Jamil Jude, the conversations bring subject matter experts and the community together for 90 minutes of sharing and learning.
