TAYLOR ALXNDR

Meet TAYLOR ALXNDR (they/she), the underground drag icon and queer artist making a big splash in Atlanta and beyond. Co-founder of Southern Fried Queer Pride, an Atlanta-based organization that empowers Black and QTPOC communities in Atlanta & the South, TAYLOR’S art and performances are extensions of their community activism and organizing. They are the Mother of the House of ALXNDR, an Atlanta-based drag family and events hub that creates drag-centered, inclusive spaces for marginalized folks to build community. TAYLOR has opened for dynamic artists such as Charli XCX, Chappell Roan, Latrice Royale, and Alaska Thunderfuck 5000. In 2024 they were selected as a grand marshal of Atlanta Pride. They have also toured and performed across the South, and were appointed to Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens’ LGBTQ Advisory Board for their years of dedicated community work. Their work has been featured in top publications such as Vice, PAPER, Forbes, Out Magazine, Vogue, and them.
