Preserving the Legacy of African American Men
Black Men in the 21st Century
SATURDAY JUNE 22, 2019 | PROGRAM 12 PM | FREE & OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
As each generation takes the baton from the previous generation, new heights will be reached. Sadly, many of the achievements of our forefathers get washed away as the years pass on. We discuss how to honor and preserve the accomplishments of past generations while carving out new territory for 21st Century African American men.
These conversations are the springboard for the themes and issues presented in the plays we produce. Hosted by Associate Artistic Director, Jamil Jude, the conversations bring subject matter experts and the community together for 90 minutes of sharing and learning.
